Welcome to #TMITuesday! This week, we’re looking at some of our company goals that we are most excited about for this year, from snazzy new service offerings to marketing plan templates and more.
Angela Leavitt, Founder & Chief Mojo-Making Officer
Ever since I was a kid, I’ve enjoyed writing. Stories, essays, songs…you name it. And it’s been on my life’s goals list since I was a teen to add “Author” to my title. (Thanks Mr. Fawcett, my high school English teacher, for the inspiration.)
As of this moment, I still don’t know exactly what the topic will be, but during Q1 I’m going to spend one hour a week brainstorming, outlining, or just writing freestyle to see what comes up. I’ll keep you all posted on my progress!
Juliana Kenny, Content Manager
During Q1 2018, all of Mojo’s clients on the Funnel Filler program (see Michael’s goal below!) will benefit from a dazzling new editorial calendar. Mojo has created a marketing plan and budgeting template that includes a new content roadmap I will be implementing for each Funnel Filler client.
Benefits include: a crisp editorial process, targeted content to individual buyer personas, and sophisticated content roadmaps to track topics and calendar events.
Justine Dolorfino-Thieman, Digital Strategist
Over the last few months, I’ve been working on launching a new program that we’ve been fondly referring to as Web as a Service (WebaaS for short, of course). Hosting and ongoing website management is the missing puzzle piece that will complete the website development solutions we offer, and WebaaS would empower our clients to keep better tabs on their website through monthly reporting, recommendations, and making regular updates.
No more outdated logos, missing services (SD-WAN, anyone?), or falling behind competitors in search. We’re looking forward to launching this program in 2018, so stay tuned!
Michael McCarthy, Account Executive
For the first quarter of 2018 we are rolling out a new program called the ‘Funnel Filler’. This is a beefier version of our ‘Web Triangle’ program. We juiced it up to include more lead gen and lead nurture activities among other things.
So far it has been very well received and my goal in the first quarter is to get at least one new client on the Funnel Filler program per month. Looking forward to helping our clients make this year the best yet!
Andrea McCarter, Project Coordinator
One of the components of our new Funnel Filler program is email campaigns. Although we currently offer email marketing services, the email campaigns in the Funnel Filler take it a step further because all the content is fully integrated for maximum effect.
With so many moving pieces, the email campaign planner in our marketing plan template will help everything stay organized. The planner lays everything out from start to finish including subject line, send list, sender email, reporting, and much more. I’ll make sure this planner stays up-to-date for all our Funnel Filler clients so the process for an email campaign is smooth and effective. I’m excited to see what email marketing results our clients will achieve in 2018!
Tom Ladeau, Social Media Manager
In 2018 we’re getting geared up to start creating some in-house video marketing content to add a new dimension to our offering. Video has become the go-to medium for social content for so many brands that it is impossible to ignore. The social media networks themselves are also prioritizing videos in the news feed, giving them greater visibility than link and image posts. To not use video is to miss out on an opportunity for viewers.
My role will be to support this content via social media, and possibly to edit the videos as well. I’m excited for this opportunity to showcase a bit more of our company personality and reach our audience in a new way. We are also rolling out scheduled video marketing content to our clients this year, so stay tuned!
